Orders over 350 NIS (after discounts) qualify for free delivery.

It is important to record the correct address, cell phone number & email to the package's destination.

Unfortunately, it will cost 37 nis to change the package's details after processing & delay delivery.

Self Pick Up: 

Beit Shemesh Factory 

You can arrange to pick up your package yourself from our factory in Bet Shemesh - Hatzaba 3.   We are located on the back side of the building.  Sunday-Thursday 8:30-15:30, not including Fridays, Shabbat, Erev Chag or Chagim.  If you have a question email us at:  shoresheitzion@gmail.com

Self Pick Up: 

Namal Tel Aviv Farmers Market (most Fridays)

You can also pick up your order on Fridays at the Shuk Hanamal Tel Aviv ( you need to clarify with us first that we will be there that given Friday).

 Order Policies 

Orders are delivered via an outside delivery service within 1-8 business days.

​

Please make sure that you have recorded the correct address & cell phone number.

If you need to change the delivery address after the package has already been picked up by the delivery service, it will cost an additional 37 nis.   

​

If the recipient is no longer able to receive the package at the address given, it will cost 37 nis to return to us the package.

​

If you need a receipt, you must record the information needed on the receipt in the same area as your name, as we can not edit the information on the receipt after the order is placed (including חפ if needed).

​

Sometimes there are changes in our inventory that are not able to be updated on the website in that same moment.  At the time of packing your order, if we are out of a product that you have ordered, we will refund your purchase of that given item.

​

If you would like to return an unopened item, you can return the unopened item within a week of purchase or of the delivery date. 

It is the customer's responsibility to return the item.  It is possible to return an unopened item the following ways:  thru the delivery service (there is a fee of 64 nis), Friday's at the Namal Tel Aviv (check with us first that we will be there), or at our Bet Shemesh factory. 

It is not possible to return bulk items.

To exchange a product the cost is 64 nis (cost of 2 directions with the delivery service).

​

Refund requests from our online store or a product purchased directly from us, will be honored up to a month from the day of the purchase. The item needs to be in your possession & we will request to see a photo including the date of the product's production.

​

Products purchased directly from a store, need to be returned to the same store you purchased the item from for a refund.

​

You can only use one coupon per purchase.​

International Orders we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for the products or in what condition they arrive. 

All the items are non-refundable.
