Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellations will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder

If your order has not yet entered preparation or has not yet been collected by the shipping company, we will make every effort to assist with cancelling the order
Once the order has been collected by the shipping company, it can no longer be cancelled without additional costs. If an order is cancelled after it has been collected by the shipping company, a fee of ₪70 will be charged to cover the shipping and return transportation costs
Where a cancellation is made in accordance with applicable law, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframes required by law
Perishable products, food products, products made specifically for the customer, or products that have been opened and/or used may not be eligible for return or cancellation, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us by email and include a photograph of the product along with your order number
Where a return is approved in accordance with applicable law, the product must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, force majeure, or any other exceptional circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control
