ביטול עסקה על ידי הלקוח ייעשה בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ״א–1981 והתקנות שהותקנו מכוחו
בקשות לביטול הזמנה ניתן לשלוח בדוא״ל

ככל שההזמנה טרם הועברה להכנה או טרם נאספה על ידי חברת המשלוחים, נשתדל לסייע בביטול ההזמנה ככל האפשר
לאחר שההזמנה נאספה על ידי חברת המשלוחים, לא ניתן לבטל את המשלוח ללא עלויות נוספות. במקרה של ביטול לאחר איסוף ההזמנה על ידי חברת המשלוחים, ייגבה תשלום של 70₪ לכיסוי עלויות המשלוח והחזרת החבילה
במקרה של ביטול עסקה בהתאם להוראות הדין, יינתן החזר כספי לאמצעי התשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה, בהתאם ללוחות הזמנים הקבועים בחוק
מוצרים פסידים, מוצרי מזון, מוצרים שיוצרו במיוחד עבור הלקוח או מוצרים שנפתחו ו/או נעשה בהם שימוש, עשויים שלא להיות זכאים להחזרה או ביטול בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן
במקרה של מוצר פגום או אי התאמה להזמנה, יש ליצור קשר בדוא״ל ולצרף תמונה של המוצר ומספר ההזמנה
החזרת מוצר, ככל שתאושר בהתאם לדין, תתבצע כאשר המוצר סגור, באריזתו המקורית וללא שימוש
החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבטל הזמנה במקרה של טעות ברורה במחיר, תקלה טכנית, כוח עליון, או מקרה חריג אחר

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a transaction by the customer shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the regulations enacted thereunder.

As long as the order has not yet entered preparation or has not yet been picked up by the delivery company, we will do our best to assist with canceling the order whenever possible.
Once the order has been picked up by the delivery company, the shipment cannot be canceled without additional charges. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been picked up by the delivery company, a fee of 70 NIS will be charged to cover shipping and return costs.
In the event of a cancellation in accordance with applicable law, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with the timelines established by law.
Perishable products, food products, products specially made for the customer, or products that have been opened and/or used may not be eligible for return or cancellation in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
In the event of a defective product or an issue with the order, please contact us by email and attach a picture of the product along with the order number.
Any approved return must be made with the product unopened, in its original packaging, and unused.
The company reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear pricing error, technical issue, force majeure, or any exceptional circumstance beyond the company’s control.
