Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of transactions, return of products, and refunds will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, the regulations enacted thereunder, and any other applicable law, taking into
account the type of product and the circumstances of the transaction
Methods for Submitting a Cancellation Notice
Where a consumer has the right to cancel a transaction under applicable law, a cancellation notice may be submitted through the methods prescribed by law, as applicable, including

A cancellation notice may also be submitted by any additional method that the company is required to provide under applicable law
When submitting a cancellation notice, the customer should provide the information required to identify the transaction and process the request
Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order has not yet been prepared or collected by the delivery company, we will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation request before the order is shipped
The customer's right to cancel the transaction will in all cases be determined in accordance with applicable law, the type of product, and the circumstances of the transaction
Cancellation After the Order Has Been Shipped
Where the consumer has a legal right to cancel the transaction after the order has been collected by the delivery company, the applicable provisions of law regarding cancellation, cancellation fees, and return of the product will apply
Where the cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on time, or another breach for which cancellation fees may not be charged under applicable law, cancellation fees may apply to the extent permitted by law
Where the customer is responsible for returning the product and chooses to use the company's delivery service to return the package, the company may offer a paid return delivery service
If the customer chooses to use this service, the cost of the delivery and return service is ₪70, subject to the customer's prior agreement
The cost of this return service does not affect the customer's right to return the product by another method permitted by law
Cancellation Fees and Refunds
Where a transaction is lawfully cancelled, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law and within the time periods prescribed by law
Where the law permits the collection of cancellation fees, the company may charge cancellation fees at the rate permitted by law
In a transaction in which the law permits cancellation fees to be charged, such fees will be charged in accordance with the rate prescribed by law.
Where cancellation results from a defect in the product, non-conformity between the product and the information provided to the consumer, failure to deliver the product on time, or another circumstance in which applicable law does not permit cancellation fees, no cancellation fee will be charged
The refund will be made in accordance with the requirements of applicable law
Right of Cancellation and Exceptions
The right to cancel a transaction and return a product will apply in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the regulations enacted thereunder, taking into account the type of product and the circumstances of the transaction
Products for which the law provides that the right of cancellation does not apply will be subject to the exceptions prescribed by law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant or restrict any right of cancellation, return, or refund beyond what is provided by applicable law
Defective, Non-Conforming or Incorrect Products
In the event of a claim concerning a defective product, a product that does not conform to the order, or an incorrect product supplied, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible and providing the order number and product details
Where possible, we recommend attaching clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the manufacturing information appearing on the packaging to assist us in reviewing the matter
A request for photographs or additional information is intended to assist us in investigating the matter and does not affect the customer's rights under applicable law
Where cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on time, or another circumstance in which the law places responsibility for returning the product on the company, we will act in accordance with applicable law
Returning a Product
The return of a product following cancellation of a transaction will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the type of product, and the circumstances of the cancellation
Where responsibility for returning the product rests with the customer, the customer may contact us to coordinate available return options
Where the company is legally responsible for collecting or returning the product, we will act in accordance with applicable law
Cancellation of an Order by the Company
The company may cancel an order where there is an objective reason justifying cancellation, such as lack of stock, a technical malfunction preventing completion of the transaction, an obvious error in the displayed price, a legal restriction, a force majeure event, or other circumstances that prevent the transaction from being lawfully completed
Where the company cancels an order after payment has been collected, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the cancelled order or product, as applicable and in accordance with applicable law
