Returns, Credits and Cancellations Policy
Cancellation of a transaction by the customer will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations established pursuant thereto.

If the order has not yet been sent for preparation or has not yet been collected by the delivery company, we will try to assist in canceling the order as much as possible.
Once the order has been picked up by the delivery company, the delivery cannot be cancelled without additional costs. In the event of cancellation after the order has been picked up by the delivery company, a fee of 70 NIS will be charged to cover the costs of shipping and returning the package.
In the event of a transaction being canceled in accordance with the provisions of the law, a refund will be given to the payment method used to make the transaction, in accordance with the schedules set forth in the law.
Perishable products, food products, products specially manufactured for the customer or products that have been opened and/or used may not be eligible for return or cancellation in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
In the event of a damaged product or a discrepancy with the order, please contact us by email and attach a picture of the product and the order number.
Product returns, to the extent permitted by law, will be made when the product is closed, in its original packaging and unused.
The company reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear price error, technical malfunction, force majeure, or other exceptional circumstances.
