The “Aruaca” tribe established its home in the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia at an altitude of 1,200–1,800 meters and is deeply committed to values of preserving the land and nature. Members of the tribe live in stone and mud homes and cultivate coffee in alignment with the tribe’s values — plantations with no external intervention.

This means that spraying or fertilizing the soil with chemical substances is strictly forbidden.
